3DVista VT PRO does not start

Are you experiencing issues having 3DVista VT PRO starting?

Make sure the application is closed completely. Follow these steps (try the automatic way, and if it doesn't work then try the manual way):

--Mac--

Automatic:

1. https://www.dropbox.com/s/yk1nzwe2wur7yjz/fixVirtualTourMac.zip?dl=0 2. Unzip the file. 3. Click with the right button of your mouse on "fixVirtualTour.sh". 4. Select "Open with... - Others". In the search box type "Terminal" and select it. 5. Run 3DVista VT PRO.

Manual:

1. Browse to the location "/Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/tdv.show/Local Store/" in your hard drive. There you will see a folder called "license". Delete that folder. 2. In the folder "/Users/USERNAME/.3dvista/", you will find another "license" folder. Delete it too. 3. Run the 3DVista VT PRO.


--Windows--

Automatic:

1. https://www.dropbox.com/s/llk7x12d90lft5w/fixVirtualTourWindows.zip?dl=0 2. Unzip and run the file "fixVirtualTour.bat" by double clicking on it. 3. Run 3DVista VT PRO.

Manual:

1. Browse to the location "C:\Users\USERNAME\.3dvista" in your hard drive. There you will see a folder called "license". Delete that folder. 2. In the folder "C:\Users\USERNAME \AppData\Roaming\tdv.show\Local Store", you will find another "license" folder. Delete it too. 3. Run 3DVista VT PRO.
